Accessibility Statement

We design towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a target we work to, not a certification, and it is not a claim of legal compliance.

This document is a draft written by the platform operator. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing on this page claims that the platform, or any business using it, is legally compliant.

Measures we take

Across the dashboard, booking pages and generated sites we aim for:

  • Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator.
  • Semantic HTML and landmarks so screen readers can navigate structure.
  • Labels tied to every form control and error messages that say what to fix.
  • Colour contrast that meets the AA thresholds, with status never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Alternative text on meaningful images and accessible names on icon-only controls.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Known gaps

Complex data tables, charts and some third-party embedded components have not been fully audited. Content that businesses write themselves, including generated website copy and uploaded images, is their responsibility to make accessible.

Testing approach

Automated checks are run alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. Passing an automated scanner does not prove accessibility and does not establish legal compliance.

Feedback

If you hit an accessibility barrier, tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way, and we will prioritise it. Use the contact details published by the business operating this platform.
