Privacy Policy
This draft explains what personal information Corework handles, why, and the choices available. It applies to the platform itself; each business using Corework is responsible for its own privacy notice to its own customers.
This document is a draft written by the platform operator. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing on this page claims that the platform, or any business using it, is legally compliant.
Who does what
Corework provides business operations and customer-management software to businesses. For account data (the people who sign in), Corework decides how that data is used. For customer records a business uploads or collects, the business decides how the data is used and Corework processes it on that business's instructions.
What we collect
We aim to collect only what the service needs to work.
- Account data: name, email address, authentication records, session activity.
- Business data: business name, industry, location, hours, services, pricing notes, contact details.
- Customer records a business adds: name, email, phone, stage, notes, consent records, appointment history.
- Communications: email and SMS content sent through the platform, delivery status, opt-outs and bounces.
- Usage data: feature usage, credit consumption, audit events, error diagnostics.
- Billing metadata: plan, subscription status, payment records. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
How we use it
To operate accounts, deliver messages the business asks us to send, generate message and content drafts, produce analytics, prevent abuse, meter credits, secure the platform, and support customers.
AI processing
Business context and the content you ask us to work on are sent to AI model providers to generate drafts. AI output is a draft for human review, not verified fact. Do not paste sensitive personal information into AI prompts unless it is necessary.
Sharing
We share data with the service providers listed on the Subprocessors page, with payment and communications providers when you use those features, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while an account is active and for the retention period configured by the business. Businesses can delete customers, campaigns, messages and generated content from within the product. Deletion propagates to primary storage; backups age out on their own documented schedule.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, export, or to withdraw consent. Requests about a business's customer records should go to that business; we will assist the business in responding. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and we do not claim universal coverage.
Use the contact details published by the business operating this platform.
Children
The platform is not designed for children and should not be used to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will update this page when practices change. Check the date shown above.
