Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the relationship between Corework and the businesses that use it. They are a starting point for legal review, not a finished contract.

This document is a draft written by the platform operator. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing on this page claims that the platform, or any business using it, is legally compliant.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, for the actions of users you invite, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

Your responsibilities

Using the platform lawfully is your responsibility, not ours.

  • You must have a lawful basis and, where required, documented consent for every contact you message.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of marketing claims you publish, including claims drafted by AI.
  • You are responsible for content you upload and for the rights in it.
  • You are responsible for your contact lists and their provenance.
  • You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI limitations

AI features produce drafts. They can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your situation. Nothing generated by the platform is legal, medical, financial or professional advice. You must review output before it is sent, published or acted on.

Data ownership

You keep ownership of your business data, your customer records and the content you create. We use it to run the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your business data. Content generated on your behalf is yours to use, subject to third-party rights we cannot guarantee.

Billing and credits

Plans and credit packs are billed through the payment provider. Credits are consumed by AI generation and message delivery, are metered server-side, and are recorded in an auditable ledger. Plan changes and credit grants only take effect after the payment provider confirms them.

Third-party services

Email, SMS, payment, advertising and AI providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. Their outages, policy changes or account decisions can affect the service, and we cannot control them.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider incidents and abuse mitigation can interrupt access.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for non-payment, suspected abuse, security risk, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel at any time; export your data before you do.

Liability

Limitation of liability, indemnification, warranty disclaimers, governing law and dispute-resolution terms must be settled by qualified counsel before this platform accepts paying customers. Nothing here attempts to disclaim liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
